You pay only the deposit now. Further properties are added from your own area and paid in the balance, and only if I actually go and see them. If I decide I cannot take the case on, the deposit is returned in full.

Not covered

Document checks and planning or land registry conformity are not included. If you need them I have a geometra do them, as a separate service with its own price.

How I am paid

The service is paid for by the buyer alone. I receive no commission from the seller or from estate agencies, and I do not act as a real estate intermediary: I do not bring the parties together to close a deal, I do not negotiate the price, and I have no interest in whether you buy. My fee is the same whether the report tells you to buy or to walk away.
